Kind Rehabilitation is partnering with Independent Contractor Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists for mobile outpatient care across the Denver metro, Boulder, and Northern Colorado areas — you choose the area(s) you want to serve. Set your own schedule, treatment radius, and caseload — with none of the OASIS documentation, prior-authorization hurdles, Medicare Part A restrictions, or constant physician check-ins that come with home health.

Areas we serve: Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood/Golden, Arvada/Westminster, Thornton/Northglenn, Broomfield, Boulder/Boulder County, Longmont, Fort Collins/Loveland

Kind Rehabilitation is therapist-owned — we genuinely care about the experience of the providers who work with us, and the patients we serve. We provide mobile outpatient therapy in clients’ homes and communities across Colorado, treating orthopedic, cardiac, neurological diagnoses with 1-on-1, outpatient-style care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and 1-on-1 treatments in home and community settings

• Develop and carry out individualized care plans

• Educate clients and caregivers on self-management strategies

• Maintain timely, compliant documentation

• Manage your own caseload, schedule, and travel

Qualifications

• Current Colorado OT, PT or SLP license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy program

• Reliable transportation within your chosen service area(s)

• Professional liability insurance

Contract Details

• Independent Contractor (1099) – not an employee role

• Choose your own service area(s)

• Per-visit pay, by visit type (eval vs. treatment)

• Flexible scheduling – you choose your availability and referrals
